CRM & Lead Follow-Up
Most lost jobs are not a traffic problem. They are a follow-up problem. We set up the CRM, the pipeline and the automated text and email sequences that respond in under five minutes and keep nudging until someone books or opts out.

How we run this lane
Map the pipeline
We document how a lead actually becomes a job today, including the manual steps nobody wrote down.
Automate the first five minutes
Instant reply, missed-call text-back and assignment rules go live first — the highest-return piece.
Nurture and report
Long-cycle sequences for unsold estimates, plus reporting that closes the loop back to ad spend.
A free audit of your current setup, with the first three things we would change.

Packages & pricing
CRM has a one-time setup for the build and a monthly fee for running and optimizing it. Platform subscription fees are separate and paid directly to the vendor, so you own the account outright.

Two trades where the follow-up problem has a specific shape: roofing CRM, where the leak is the unsold estimate folder, and HVAC CRM, where a heat wave triples call volume overnight and maintenance plan renewals quietly decide next year's replacement pipeline.
Industries we run this in
Ninety-plus niches across the US, UK and Canada. The vertical changes the auction, the seasonality and the follow-up window — not the method.

Questions we get about CRM
Straight answers. Anything not covered here, ask on the phone.
01Which CRM do you use?
We work in whatever you already run — HubSpot, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Go High Level and others. If you have none, we recommend based on your team size and trades.
02Will this annoy my customers?
Sequences are short, useful and stop the moment someone replies or books. Response speed is what buyers notice, not message volume.
03Can you connect it to my ads?
Yes — that connection is the point. Closed revenue flows back to the ad platforms so bidding optimizes toward jobs, not form fills.
04Why does response speed matter so much?
Service buyers typically contact three companies and hire whoever responds first with a real answer. Every hour of delay measurably reduces your odds, which is why the first five minutes is where the money is.
05Do I need a new CRM?
Usually not. Most businesses already pay for one they use at ten percent of its capability. We would rather fix what you have than migrate your data.
06What is missed-call text-back?
When a call goes unanswered, the caller instantly gets a text saying you will follow up, with a link to book. It recovers a meaningful share of calls that would otherwise go to the next company on the list.
07Can this send closed revenue back to Google and Meta?
Yes, and it is the highest-leverage integration we build. Once the platforms know which leads became jobs, bidding optimizes toward those instead of toward cheap form fills.
