Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Ninelane Marketing collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It covers visitors in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and Canada.
Who we are
Ninelane Marketing ("we", "us") is a performance marketing agency based in Florida, United States, serving clients in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. For the purposes of UK and EU data protection law, we are the data controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at enrique@ninelanemarketing.com or (561) 318-1259.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a contact or audit request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and anything you write in the message field. If you call us, we may keep a record of the call and any notes taken.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the referring source that brought you here. This is collected through analytics and advertising technologies described below.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about. Where UK or EU law applies, our legal basis is performance of a contract or the steps leading to one.
To improve our website and understand which marketing works. Our legal basis is your consent for non-essential cookies, and otherwise our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business.
To send you occasional relevant information about our services, where you have asked us to or where we have a legitimate interest in contacting a business about services it enquired about. You can opt out of this at any time.
To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies that are required for the site to function, and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies. These may include Google Analytics, the Google Ads conversion tag and the Meta pixel, which help us understand which campaigns produce enquiries.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind at any time by clearing your browser cookies for this site or contacting us. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site or contact us.
Text messaging (SMS) and your mobile number
If you tick the SMS consent box on a form on this website, you are agreeing to receive text messages from Ninelane Marketing at the mobile number you provided. We use SMS to reply to your enquiry, arrange and confirm appointments, and send service updates relating to work you have asked us about.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for text messaging is used only by Ninelane Marketing and the messaging providers that deliver those texts on our behalf, and those providers are contractually restricted to processing it on our instructions. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties under any circumstances.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of buying anything from us. Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which we will send one confirmation and stop texting that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us on (561) 318-1259 or enrique@ninelanemarketing.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: our CRM and email platforms, hosting and analytics providers, call tracking providers, and advertising platforms where conversion data is required. Each is bound to process data only on our instructions.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of our business.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where personal data is transferred out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for the duration of the engagement and for up to seven years afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained on the platform default, typically 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to ask us to transfer it to another provider.
Residents of the United Kingdom and EEA may exercise these rights under the UK GDPR or GDPR and may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or their local supervisory authority. Canadian residents have equivalent rights under PIPEDA and may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. California residents may request disclosure of the categories of information collected and request deletion, and will not be discriminated against for doing so.
To exercise any right, email enrique@ninelanemarketing.com. We respond within 30 days and will not charge you for a reasonable request.
Security and children
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transmission and access controls to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Our services are intended for businesses, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be flagged on this page.
