Google Ads management that turns clicks into booked jobs
We build and run Google Search, Performance Max and Local Services campaigns for businesses that sell appointments. Every campaign is wired to call tracking and CRM outcomes before it launches, so budget follows the keywords that actually close.

How we run this lane
Find the leak
We map current spend against booked work and flag the keywords, hours and geos burning budget.
Rebuild the structure
Campaigns rebuilt around service lines with matched ad copy, extensions and landing pages.
Tune to revenue
Once conversions have volume, bidding shifts to value-based targets and we prune weekly.
A free audit of your current setup, with the first three things we would change.

Everything that's covered
The setup fee covers the build; the monthly covers everything ongoing. Nothing below is an add-on or an upsell.
We audit the account you have now and send back the wasted search terms, the blended ad groups and your real cost per booked job. Yours to keep either way.
How this compares
We are not the cheapest option and we are not trying to be. Here is the honest trade-off against the two alternatives most owners weigh up.
| NINELANE | TYPICAL AGENCY | DIY | |
|---|---|---|---|
| How the fee works | Flat $650–$1,500/mo by tier, not % of spend | Commonly 10–20% of your ad spend | Free, but it is your time |
| Who runs the account | The person who audited it | Often a junior pod after the sales call | You, between jobs |
| Who owns the ad account | You, always. We are a managed user | Sometimes the agency’s own account | You |
| Call tracking | Installed in week one, with recording | Frequently an add-on or absent | Rarely set up |
| What gets reported | Cost per booked job | Impressions, clicks, CTR | Whatever Google shows by default |
| Commitment | 90-day build window, then month to month | Six or twelve month contracts are common | None |
| Setup cost | $499 one-time | Often $0, bundled into a longer contract | $0 |
"Typical agency" describes patterns common across the industry, not any specific company. Plenty of agencies do this well.
Packages & pricing
Three tiers, priced by the ad spend they have to manage — not as a percentage of it. Setup is $499 whichever tier you start on. Ad spend is paid directly to Google on your own card and we never mark it up or take a cut.

Not sure which tier fits? Tell us your market and monthly budget on the audit and we will tell you — including if the honest answer is to start lower than you expected.
Divorce and family law intent split into separate ad groups rather than blended: 54 conversions and 61 tracked phone calls from $2,904 in spend, at $14.59 a click. A criminal defense account on the same structure returned 97 calls on $45 clicks.

Two verticals where the auction behaves differently enough to warrant their own approach: Google Ads for HVAC contractors, where budgets have to track the weather, and Google Ads for roofers, where storm response decides the quarter. The same thinking applies to Google Ads for plumbers, where Local Services Ads carry much of the load, and Google Ads for electricians, where project campaigns matter more than service calls. Landscaping and handyman accounts need tighter geography still — see landscaping Google Ads and Google Ads for handyman companies. We also build trade-specific accounts for painting contractors, flooring companies, garage door repair, tree services, pest control, solar installers, general contractors, remodelers, restoration companies, window and door companies, concrete contractors and fence companies.
Industries we run this in
Ninety-plus niches across the US, UK and Canada. The vertical changes the auction, the seasonality and the follow-up window — not the method.

Questions we get about Google Ads
Straight answers. Anything not covered here, ask on the phone.
01What budget do I need to start?
Most local service accounts need $2,500–$5,000/month in ad spend to gather enough conversion data in 60 days. Below that we usually recommend starting with SEO or Local Services Ads instead.
02Do I keep my Google Ads account?
Yes. The account stays in your name with us as a managed user. If we part ways, nothing needs to be rebuilt.
03How fast do results show up?
Tracking and structure land in weeks one to three. Meaningful cost-per-job movement typically shows between week six and week twelve.
04How much does PPC management cost?
Ours is $499 one-time to build the account, then $650 to $1,500 a month to manage it depending on how much ad spend is under management — always plus the ad spend itself, which you pay directly to Google. Industry-wide you will see 10–20% of spend or flat fees from $1,000 to $5,000, so we sit below most of that. We charge flat because a percentage rewards us for spending more of your money.
05Should I run Local Services Ads too?
If you are eligible, usually yes — LSAs sit above regular search results and you pay per lead, not per click. We manage both together and shift budget between them based on which is producing cheaper booked work.
06What happens if I pause for the off-season?
Common in seasonal trades. We reduce to a maintenance fee to keep the account warm and structured, then relaunch before your season without rebuilding from scratch.
07Why a flat fee instead of a percentage of my ad spend?
Because a percentage pays us more when we spend more of your money, and that is the wrong incentive to build a relationship on. Our fee is set by tier, not by a percentage, so within a tier it stays the same whether your spend goes up or down. The only reason to recommend a budget increase is that the numbers support it.
08What is the $499 setup fee actually for?
The build: account structure, keyword research, negative keyword baseline, ad copy, extensions, targeting, conversion and call tracking, and launch. It is a few days of work and it is the part that determines whether the monthly management has anything good to optimize.
09Do you need access to my existing Google Ads account?
Yes, as a managed user — you keep ownership and can revoke us any time. If the existing account has usable conversion history we build on it rather than starting fresh, because that history has real value.
10What if I have no website, just a Facebook page?
Then ads are the wrong first spend. Clicks need somewhere to land that converts, and we would rather point you at a landing page or a site first than take a management fee for traffic that has nowhere to go.
11Can you work alongside my current agency?
Usually not on the same account — two people making bid decisions is worse than one. If you want a second opinion before switching, the free audit gives you that without either of us needing to touch anything.
